NZPI Awards Night 2023

We had the pleasure of theming the New Zealand Planning Institute conference this week at Tepae Christchurch Convention Centre.

An incredible event run over 3 days, utilizing every part of the venue, culminating with a Gala dinner for 670 guests in the exhibition halls.

Such a huge space needed an impressive statement focal piece in the room to bring the ‘wow’ factor, and that’s exactly what our 5-point fairy light feature chandelier achieved.

Our silk cylinders flanked each end of the room and made a striking impact illuminated in the NZPI brand color.

Our new acrylic table risers elevated stunning greenery arrangements with bespoke fairy lights inside the legs creating an eye-catching effect on mass.

For a finishing theming touch, our large faux Pungas and Nikau palms were grouped with a lush selection of native plants from our nursery to dress the stage, foyer and photo opportunity/media wall.

A huge few day for our team, working alongside our colleagues Electro_tech_ and Shipleys audiovisual under the coordination of Mike Lumenavnz to bring this spectacular event to life!
