What is your work process?

No, we work all around New Zealand.

Do you work weekends?

Yes, we work weekends.

What happens if I cancel my event?

Do you require a deposit?

A 25% deposit is required for first time customers.

How much do you charge after hours and in the weekends?

To get good reliable staff to work events in the weekend we think it’s fair to pay them a minimum of 4 hours per event. 

Can I ask you to design a floor plan for my event?

Yes you can, we have an in house design team to help with all aspects of your event.

Will you advise me on theme ideas for my event?

Yes, we can help create a theme for your event. You can also browse our online event ideas

Do you work with other event companies?

Yes, we do, we’re a friendly bunch here at Themepro.

Do you have DJ's and other entertainers?

No, but we can organise this for you.

Do you decorate marquees?

Yes, we have done that countless times.

Can you create a unique centrepiece for me?

Yes, come in, have a chat and we’ll make something special for you. Centerpieces are one of our specialties!

Can you supply printing?

Yes, we work closely with our printer (he’s our neighbor) to bring you graphics in all shapes and sizes, banners, posters, stickers, decals we organise the lot!

Can you help me organise my event?

Yes, we sure can! Our in-house staff know all the best locations, caterers, DJ’s, etc. and we’ll put you in touch with our favourites.

Do you have large fiberglass animals?

Like a sabre tooth tiger or a peacock? Yes, we do.

Can I just hire items and set them up myself?

Yes, depending on the item you can, and this will save you money!

Will you deliver?

Yep, we deliver.

Do you deliver outside of business hours?

Yes, we do but there is a 4-hour minimum charge so you may as well get us to set it up as well.

How long can I hire an item?

As long as you like, we have daily and weekly rates.
