Bayleys Canterbury celebrated a great year in style at the Art Gallery, for their annual awards. ThemePro team had a great time taking care of the total production with the elegant, glam dinner theme, created within the beautiful space for the evening.
Guests were welcomed to the entrance by a dramatic sky-tracker effect, and once inside were greeted to a ‘mystery hand’ coat check station, thanks to Epic Entertainment. Photo opportunities were amongst the pre-drink space, with our well-lit media wall backdrop and a custom-built champagne wall.
The main space was revealed and guests took their seats under a canopy of fairy lights strung from the roof. A large LED screen displayed the award winners. Lighting effects, including a custom gobo created amazing reflections in the gallery windows and on the roof. An intimate lounge area was created for those not keen on the dance floor.
Simple elegant table décor was created with floral clusters in 3 different glassware styles and heights.
