As the official theming sponsors, we brought the conference theme, The Power of Connection, to life across every corner of the venue.
A VIP dinner the night before wowed guests with unique serpentine tables layered with native greenery, stones, and river runners, creating a flowing ‘river’ effect inspired by Aotearoa’s braided rivers. Giant LED letters and lush moveable planters in the foyer created a show-stopping Instagram moment, while custom signage helped guide guests effortlessly through the space.
The auditorium stage became a visual masterpiece. Mountains from the conference logo were layered for depth, and the river motif flowed onto the floor, complemented by white pou and native plants, connecting the creative theme to every speaker and session.
It was an incredible opportunity to bring the business events community together, creating an inspiring, celebratory, and immersive experience.
