Huge day yesterday, setting up the theming for the Tourism Industry Aotearoa TRENZ delegates conference for 2021.
Chris did an awesome job creating a custom-made entry mat inspired by the Canterbury Plains and featuring the TRENZ logo. This welcomed guests into the spectacular Christchurch Town Hall foyer which we then dotted our entire collection of blossom trees throughout.
We also had heaps of fun transforming the Victorian room into an outback Aussie bar for an Aussie pub quiz-style workshop hosted by the wonderful Hilary Barry. No detail was spared with actual Australian pub beer coasters, cold Aussie beers and even beer taps.
We also provided lightboxes, way-finding “street sign” signage, plants for the “wellness” workshop and 18(!) suitcases full of various items representing different traveller personals for another workshop.
It was a pleasure to work collaboratively with UNO LOCO NZ, Exhibition Hire Service NZ, Venues Otautahi and Pitch and Pixels on this much-anticipated event.
