Under the Sea

The Rydges Latimer ballroom was transformed into an underwater-themed space for the Travel Managers Awards Dinner. White silk draping covered the room, with clusters of clear balloons placed around representing bubbles.

Thanks to Party Warehouse for their strong lungs in blowing them all up. Fabric hung within the roof, shaped and gathered, to create a wave effect for the roof décor. The chairs were covered in white, with a blue sash for a pop of colour. Glowing martinis were placed on all the tables with shells and white ostrich feather details. The photo wall consisted of paua fabric, an urn, Greek columns and an open seashell for guests to hop into for photos.

Thanks to ETS for all their lighting expertise and textured effect projected onto the roof.
