For this year’s South Island Property People Awards (SIPPA), held at One NZ Stadium’s Ōtautahi Lounge, we created a cabaret-meets-speakeasy setting that brought drama, rich textures and a touch of glamour to the awards evening.
The entrance featured a gold festoon arch framed by rich red velvet draping, setting the tone as guests arrived. Inside, gold festoon letters stretched across the back of the stage, creating a standout visual feature for the awards presentation. Black velvet furniture, red floral styling and warm gold accents carried the look throughout the lounge, tying the different elements together.
