Don't Forget the Bubbles 2024

Ōtautahi had the honor of hosting the Don’t Forget the Bubbles 24 ‘We Belong’ Conference at Te Pae Christchurch. This was a special moment as it marked the first time the conference took place in Aotearoa and we were determined to deliver the WOW factor, making it an unforgettable experience for the attendees.

Our giant mirror balloons created a breathtaking entrance in the foyer, which surrounded a custom banner of the conference logo. As guests moved into the Exhibition Hall for the welcome function, they were greeted by a striking display of 100 black and white umbrellas suspended from the ceiling.

Inspired by the conference theme of ‘We Belong,’ our team designed a multi-dimensional stage in the Auditorium featuring custom-built LED-edged puzzle pieces flanking each side of the stage and an interactive puzzle as the backdrop. Throughout the event, keynote speakers had the opportunity to place a puzzle piece on the board, gradually revealing the final image of interesting facts.
