Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand

Space Odyssey was the theme for Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ) Conference Dinner, held within the Christchurch Art Gallery. Guests were welcomed down a blue carpet flanked by silver stanchions. Once inside another entrance into the main dining space was created with our large lycra cubes, stacked and framing an entrance tunnel for guests to walk through.

Star gobos were projected onto the roof of the Art Gallery thanks to ETS, with up-lighting creating amazing reflections on the gallery windows. A mirror ball cluster hung as the focal point for the stage backdrop. A large projection screen held visual space-themed content with the Art Gallery screens, used also for ‘space’ themed imagery. The team handled the total projection of the evening, with the Starlets performing in between the awards.

A starry night banner was the backdrop for the photo area, with a large silver star, and a white chaise longue, for guests to capture their amazing costumes. Thanks to Hotshots Photobooths. As the evening drew to a close the silver t-lights glistened next to the glowing cylinder centerpiece.
