An indoor autumn picnic experience created for a ChristchurchNZ famil lunch event, showcasing the beauty of Christchurch in Autumn to visiting business events organisers.
Held within a stunning heritage venue, the concept was built around an indoor autumn picnic, thoughtfully styled to complement the character of the space rather than compete with it. Warm seasonal tones, layered textures, and considered details worked together to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere throughout.
Guests were welcomed into a relaxed, immersive setting featuring individual picnic baskets, live music, live painting, and a swing seat surrounded by autumn leaves. Each element was designed to encourage connection and highlight the natural charm of the space.
The result was a creative and considered event experience that reflected both the season and the spirit of Ōtautahi.
