Seequent Around the World

Seequent held their annual awards dinner at The Air Force Museum, Conference, and Events Hall for their ‘Around the World’ Travel theme. The challenge was to create an event celebrating how diverse Seequent is. Theme Productions had the pleasure of managing the evening. Guests were dressed to the nines for the travel-themed evening. They were greeted down a black carpet and Epic Entertainment air hostess. Custom signage was placed around the cocktail area with an airport-themed design.

Guests walked through a large lycra tunnel revealing the main space. Giant balloons hung within the roof for a cloud-like traveling atmosphere. The stage backdrop consisted of large cityscape panels completing the cityscape gobo lighting effects, projected onto the walls, thanks to ETS. A Large LED screen hung centered to the large split stage for the band, providing live ‘Sting’ music for the formalities. The LED screen also showed custom-built video content matching Epic Entertainment’s amazing whirlwind performance. The photo area created a relaxing travel stop with suitcases, lamp pot, park bench, travel maps, and a large glowing moon.

As the evening drew to a close the silver T-Lights glistened next to the black and silver globe centerpieces.
