Organising an event can be an overwhelming task, but it doesn’t have to be! We work closely with you every step of the way to ensure we are on the right track with creating and bringing your vision to life.

Submit your enquiry
Discovery call / meeting
Once your inquiry comes through to us, we will get in touch to discuss the project, budget and timelines. We will then meet with you at your event venue to do a site measure and develop the event plan further.
Don’t have a venue organized yet? Don’t worry – we have existing relationships with dozens of venues throughout Christchurch and New Zealand and we can help point you in the right direction for your type of event.
Mood board Sign off
If we are creating specific signage or custom builds for your event, there will be a sign-off process to ensure you are 100% happy before anything goes to print or is created.
The last step is for you to sit back and relax until the day of the event where you can prepare to be ‘wowed’ by the transformation of your venue space and have a thoroughly enjoyable event!
We are always really proud of the end result we help you create. We do love to share our work on social media but don’t worry we will always check with you first beforehand and never post until after the event (can’t ruin the surprise for the guests!).

Cost estimate & moodboard
Following this meeting, we then create an initial quote estimate to make sure that we’ve covered all the bases and give you an idea of how we plan to get you the biggest bang for your buck!
This will often be accompanied by a mood board to provide a visual concept of the theme and general look/feel for the event.
Once we get the quote and mood board locked in, we create a floorplan of the venue detailing where all of the key elements will be. We can also provide visual mock-ups if required to further help your visualization of what the space will look like.
